
Terms & Conditions:
New Referral Program
1. $1,000 will be paid to both the referring actively employed employee and to the new hire in two incremental steps of continuous service.
a. The first payment of $500 will be made at three months.
b. The second payment of $500 will be made at six months.
2. The existing new hire $500 sign-on bonus is excluded from this program.
3. MB reserves right to change referral program at any time.
4. All payments grossed up for tax purposes.
Payments made provided that:
1. The referring employee and the new hire are each actively employed on the incremental dates
2. The new hire cannot miss more than two days in each 90-day time period.
3. The new hire must be in "Good Standing".
a. New hire has received satisfactory reviews
b. New hire has not been involved in an "at fault" safety infraction
c. New hire has not received counseling or written warnings for attendance or tardiness
d. New hire has not been suspended for any reason
e. All above determined by Marsh Bellofram’s sole discretion.
4. The new hire must be fully trained and qualified in their position at six (6) months, which will be determined by Marsh Bellofram’s sole discretion.
